Full-time Tasks and responsibilities:
* Preparing (damaged) cars for the spraying process.
* Applying painting techniques using advanced spraying equipment.
* Carefully matching colours and finishes according to specifications.
* Inspecting and assessing the quality of the paintwork.
* Filling and tightening of vehicles and body parts.
* Masking of vehicles and body parts.
* Maintaining the spraying equipment and complying with safety regulations.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of demonstrable experience as a Car Painter in the car (damage)
industry.
* Knowledge of dyeing techniques, colour matching processes and materials.
* An eye for detail and striving for high-quality craftsmanship.
* Able to work independently and efficiently.
* Willingness to keep abreast of new developments in the field and willingness to pursue
* training and courses in the future.
What do we offer?
This position is a full-time employment (38 hours), where we offer you a challenging
and stable working environment. The salary is determined in accordance with the
collective labor agreement for bodywork companies and depends on experience and
knowledge. In this companyy, they strive for fair remuneration that does
justice to the knowledge and skills of the employees. You will be classified in scale D
with a gross hourly wage of at least € 14.97 per hour. The company also offers a good
travel allowance.
