We are looking for an expert and dedicated Sheet Metal Worker to strengthen the team Autoschade branch Utrecht. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing the bodywork of damaged vehicles, using advanced techniques and tools. As a sheet metal worker, you play a crucial role in the repair process and contribute to maintaining the quality of the optimal service.

Tasks and responsibilities:
Analyzing and assessing damage to vehicle bodywork.
Carrying out sheet metal work, such as dent removal, welding and replacement of parts.
Disassembling parts.
The digital reading of vehicles.
Carefully matching body parts to specifications.
Collaborate with other team members to make the recovery process efficient.
Perform quality control on the repaired sheet metal.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a sheet metal worker in the automotive (body repair) industry.
Knowledge of bodywork, welding techniques and sheet metal working.
Dexterity with various tools and equipment.
Accurate and able to deliver detailed work.
Flexibility and collaboration with colleagues in a dynamic work environment.
Willingness to keep abreast of new developments in the field and willingness to pursue training and courses in the future.

What do we offer?
A full-time employment contract (38 hours), where we offer you a challenging and stable working environment. The salary is determined in accordance with the collective
labor agreement and depends on experience and knowledge. At “this company Autoschade, they strive for fair remuneration that does justice to the knowledge and skills of the employees. In the collective labour agreement, you will be classified in scale C with a gross hourly wage of at least € 14.66. We also offer you a reasonable travel
allowance.
