General about the company: (Based in Almere)

The company is a renovated company in the supply and assembly of sandwich panels. Separate panels, but also complete solutions. Think of cold / freezer rooms, partition walls and fire retardant walls.
As an assembly employee for sandwich panels you work throughout the Netherlandsand Europe
(mainly Belgium and Germany) .

Function : Employee assembly
Where : Almere
Salary : between €12.15 and €14.35 gross per hour depending on experience from 21 years and older
Contract : through our employment agency with a view to employment with the employer
Working hours : 40-45 hours per week
Working hours : negotiable but normally on weekdays during the day
Language : command of the English language A2 is a must

What are you going to do;
1. Mounting sandwich panels.
2. Mounting doors, turn and sliding doors.
3. Mounting windows.
4. Finishing of inside and outside corners by means of set steel corners (typesetting) or aluminum.
5. Being able to measure the dimensions is very important. Sometimes an end product needs to be further customized.
6. Responding to customer questions.
7. Cleaning your workspace at the end of the day.
Your requirements;
1. VCA certificate (or the willingness to achieve it)
2. Be proficient in the English language.
3. Willingness to get your aerial work platform certificate.
4. A technical background with material knowledge.
5. Preferably no smoker.

We offer;
1. Working hours of plus minus 6:00 am departure until 5:00 pm at home (depending on location)
2. You will be picked up by your employer if you live in Almere. Otherwise, you will have to travel to Almere yourself first
3. If we stay in a hotel we work from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm on location
4. If we stay at the hotel it is breakfast, lunch, dinner and a drink at our expense, first day bring your own lunch.
5. Relaxed atmosphere in the workplace.

Your task mainly consists of assembling the (end) products. Knowledge of calculating dimensions and actually being able to tailor the panels is important. Neat finishing with profiles, mounting windows and doors is also possible. It is versatile working with a beautiful product. Even with ready-made solutions for the customer, adjustments sometimes have to be made. Communicating with the customer can also occur. That is why the command of the English language at least A2 level is necessary. Working safe and in a safe environment is very important. That is why the certification of this by means of a VCA certificate is necessary. If you do not have this, but do have the skills for this vacancy and you are willing to obtain it, we would also like to talk to you.
It’s physical work. Although the products are not always heavy and you work with good tools, this is important to mention.
